  • To expand business through service excellence and gaining business trust of our clients.

  • To achieve an optimum return on capital invested in the business and ensure sustainability.
  • To ensure Profitability and growth of the business.
  • To contribute to the development of the country’s socio-economic project by helping our clients vindicate their constitutional rights including that of “access to courts”.
  • To be one of the top legal firms in the country and ultimately in the continent with international footprint through partnership with other international legal firms.

  • To maintain the necessary expertise and excellence for an open business environment and growth while maintaining secure employment.
  • To extensively promote and position the firm in the marketplace as the ideal legal service provider of choice within the first six months of operation.
  • To improve the long-term asset base of the entity by at least R500 000 by 2018.
